W. M. Watson, PhD

   advisor to Product Innovators

Dr. Watson is a veteran of New Product Development -- the projects, the process, and the portfolio.  He's done it all -- and several times over!

Educated as a chemist at Georgia Tech, the ETH Zürich, and University of Illinois, his first career was at Rohm and Haas Co., where product innovation in specialty chemicals drives a Fortune 500 business.  He is now a founding partner of Inngenuity LLC. 

Dr. Watson is Vice President of Publications for the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA) and a member of its Board of Directors.  He is a certified New Product Development Professional (NPDP).

Marty believes that successful change is 1 part theory, 10 parts detail, and 100 parts implementation.
