	Muda	Japanese term usually translated as ‘waste’.
	Muri	Japanese term usually translated as ‘strain’.
	Mura	Japanese term usually translated as ‘discrepancy’.
	Ho shin	Japanese expression used to describe a structured, multi-level format for strategy development that emphasizes moving the development of strategic thrusts back and forth between the levels in an organization to assure alignment.
