We handle every detail of your guests’ reservations with superior customer care, including a smooth and seamless check-in process with live phone and email support. We’ll even stock fridges, sell tickets, set up holiday decor, rent barbecue grills, and more. We ensure everything for a perfect stay, and we’re always only a call away!

Welcome Kit

We make sure our guests start their vacation right. We deliver a welcome kit, complete with trash bags, bathroom tissue, bath amenities, dish soap, and other essentials (even a snack treat!), so that your guests can settle in and start enjoying!

Guest Pre-Screening

To rent out your home, you need to trust your guests. Our team makes sure that all guests meet our rigorous standards:

  • INNgenuity collects identification and payment prior to the guests’ arrival.

  • Guests booking reservations must be at least 21 years of age and cannot pay with cash or a fraudulent credit card.

  • Guests must be able to provide information about the trip in appropriate detail, and the number of guests must always be within the capacity of the home.

To protect our owners, your home will be insured for accidental damages up to $1,500.
