Detailed inspections, before and after every guest
After our housekeeping team has completed their work, a supervisor will come in to inspect and ensure everything is perfect for your next guests. We make sure your home meets our standards for cleanliness and maintenance. From lights, to electronics and appliances, nothing goes unchecked.

If your guests have requested something extra with their booking, we deliver it at this time. Then, on the arrival date, we stage finishing touches, with appropriate lighting, setting the right temperature, even turning on welcome music so that your home feels welcoming from the moment they walk in.

All of our inspections are logged in your owner portal, so you can see all of the notes left by our inspectors and check in on the status of your home prior to guests arriving.

Maintenance
Our maintenance team keeps your home in perfect condition. We handle pool cleaning, lawn care, trash pick up, emergency repairs, carpet and tile cleaning, preventative maintenance, and most importantly in Florida; air conditioning maintenance and pest control.

If there is ever something our team cannot handle, we will consult our list of approved contractors and equipment suppliers to solve the problem ASAP.
